Current Position

AUMOVIO | Production Quality Engineer (Apprenticeship) Toulouse, France | August 2024 - Present

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

  Review process, defect, and quality tool data to identify and resolve issues on SMT lines, applying Problem-Solving methodology to look at possible causes from training, supplier or maintenance.

• Process Development

  Worked on the development and setup of a PCB magazine tracking system for over 1500 units. This involved creating a database and web app from the ground up to ensure traceability and streamline regular inspection.

• Quality Assurance

  Help prepare for IATF 16949 audits by reviewing data and delivering insights to strengthen our QMS reliability and ensure compliance with industry and customer standards.

• New Product Introduction

  Support teams in validating new product ramp-ups and line modifications (including PPAP), reviewing PFMEA to draft Control Plan.

• Operational Excellence

  Join Gemba walks on SMT lines to work with production teams on fixing day-to-day issues. We used Lean principles to make relevant changes that boost productivity while focusing on high quality standards.

• Performance Management

  Take part in weekly performance reviews, helping to discuss results with management and set priorities for quality improvement goals.
